30-day returns
Gifts don’t always land. If the journal isn’t right, you can send an unused copy back within 30 days.
What you can return
Any journal that is unused, with nothing written in it and in the condition you received it, can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
How to return a book
- Contact us using the support link on your Whop receipt, and tell us which order and which book.
- We’ll reply with how to send it back.
- Once the book has reached us and we’ve checked it, we refund the payment to the method you paid with.
If a book arrives damaged or faulty
Tell us the same way, as soon as you can, and we’ll put it right.
